1. Privacy and Security

The Estoril Circuit is committed in protecting the privacy of its site and the personal data suppliedby its users.  Thus, it is presumed that all personal data sent, have been sent by its bearer, who, by this mean, unequivocally agrees to its use by the Estoril Circuit.

When the user visits and subscribes some of the available functionalities in our site, Estoril Circuit may have to collect some personal data in order to fulfil the requested clarification.

2. Security and Use of the Information

Estoril Circuit commits to assume the privacy of each site visitor, neither selling nor renting any personal data to a third party.  The access to this information is restricted, being used only to communicate to the client and to process the purchase orders, namely payment and expedition.

All clients have the right to rectify, cancel and oppose of its data.  If a client wants to be deleted from the data base of the Estoril Circuit,  can do it by using one of the following means:
