Portugal Speed Championship closes season in Estoril

The Portuguese Speed ​​Championship visits the Estoril Circuit between the 24th and 26th for the last race on the season’s sporting calendar.

With two 15-minute qualifying sessions to be held on Saturday (25 November), and two 45-minute races on Sunday (26 November), with mandatory stops in the pits, a lot of excitement and competitiveness is guaranteed with the Estoril track being the stage for the best fights between machines and drivers in the GT4 (GTA Pro and GT4 Bronze divisions), Touring Cars (TCR and TC divisions) and GTC (GTX and Cup divisions) categories, and with national titles at stake.

The last race of the Portugal Velocidade Championship is an integral part of the Caterham Festival’s sports program.

24 November – Qualification 1: 12:55 pm – 1:10 pm / Qualification 2: 1:15 pm – 1:30 pm

25 November – Race 1: 9:40 am – 10:25 am / Race 2: 2:35 pm – 3:20 pm

Caterham Fest is coming.

From the 23rd to the 26th of November, the Estoril Circuit will be the stage for another edition of the Caterham Festival. The very competitive and fun to drive Caterham are back at the Estoril Circuit for another season finale.

About to enter its 15th season – a record for longevity in Portugal – Super Seven by Toyo Tires continues to demonstrate dynamism and interest across the entire line. The competition once again set new records in the number of Portuguese entries in 2022 and the media return was once again in evidence with the television broadcast of the race summary in the main Portuguese sports magazines.

The competition is divided into four categories (“420R PRO”, “420R Gentleman”, “340R” and “S1600”) which are divided into two grids and share the same track time, but with autonomous and dedicated scoring. All events have two 15-minute timed training sessions and three 20-minute races.
