After last being present at Estoril in 2022, WorldSBK returns to the Estoril Circuit on the 11th to 13th of October, for the penultimate race of the 2024 season.
“When the opportunity arose to associate ourselves with this great Event that is the SBK World Championship, we immediately accepted this challenge of being the promoters of this Race. This is also the DNA of our company as we are associated with prestigious global events. The SBK World Championship in Estoril will certainly be a great motorcycling festival that will once again take place at the Estoril Circuit, with the Cascais region being the ideal place to welcome around 2000 team and organization members and the many thousands of fans who will have the opportunity to feel the emotions of this spectacular competition live. Our priority is to create the best conditions for those who come to watch the event. Meeting scheduled for the 11th, 12th and 13th of October at the Estoril Circuit to experience the emotions of the SBK World Cup.” – commented Carlos Silvestre, CEO of Robustilinear Lda.
Alongside SBK, the sports program for what is already one of the most anticipated weekends of the year also features the Yamaha R3 bLU. cRU European SuperFinale, WorldSSP and the main novelty of the 2024 season, the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR).
This visit to Estoril, which replaces the Hungarian race, takes place precisely one week before the end of the season at the Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto, thus placing the Portuguese leg in the spotlight with regard to the final results of the season.
Robustilinear Lda., promoter of the race, counts on the Motor Clube do Estoril in the sports organization.
