It follows from the respective Statutes, including the changes introduced on March 31, 2007, November 4, 2010 and May 14, 2018, that CE – Circuito Estoril, SA, a company with the mission of managing the property, of which it is the owner, corresponding to the sports infrastructure of the Fernanda Pires da Silva race track:
It has a capital of 10,000,000 euros;
It has a governance structure made up of a board of directors, a general assembly and a single supervisor;
A secretary may be appointed, to be appointed by the board of directors;
